All services provided by Psic. Karen Minor are non-refundable. By booking, enrolling in, or purchasing any session, program, workshop, or service, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final. This includes, but is not limited to, individual sessions, packages, therapeutic processes, workshops, group experiences, and any other professional services offered. Due to the nature of psychological, therapeutic, and holistic services—which involve reserved time, professional preparation, and energetic commitment—no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for missed sessions, cancellations, early termination, or changes in personal circumstances.
