Participant Guidelines & Policy
Welcome to EMBODY · RAÍZ.
These guidelines exist to hold safety, trust, and depth for you and the group.
They are not rules to limit you, they are boundaries that allow healing, presence, and community.
By enrolling, you agree to honor these policies for the well-being of yourself and the circle.
1
Nature of the Program
EMBODY · RAÍZ is a 6-month closed group therapy process integrating somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, CBT, Gestalt Therapy, and hypnotherapy principles.
This program is designed for participants to:
-
Connect with the body as a source of wisdom
-
Understand and transform patterns of addiction or compulsion
-
Regulate the nervous system
-
Heal in community, without rush or judgment
This is not a workshop, coaching program, or casual emotional circle. Nothing is forced, the body sets the pace.
2
Who This Space Is For
This program is intended for adults (18+) who:
-
Feel ready to engage in gentle, responsible therapeutic work
-
Can honor their own limits and the container of the group
-
Are committed to personal reflection and presence
EMBODY · RAÍZ does not replace individual therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. Participants are encouraged to seek additional care if needed.
